My name is Josh Gregory. I have successfully completed thousands of home inspections in the beautiful Florida Gulf Coast area. I've worked in the construction industry since my teenage years. I began with a local roofing company then worked my way through various other residential and commercial construction projects.

This led me into industrial construction while also working under the Department of Defense. I’ve had many great opportunities building on military bases all across the U.S. including Duke, Eglin, and Hurlbert. I met my lovely wife in Destin and we focused on renovating homes for a few years until we found our forever home in Navarre.

I became an inspector in order to help educate homeowners, buyers, and sellers because I know that it can all get overwhelming. The systems of a home are extensive and unless you know what to look out for you may never know that something is wrong.

I take my job very seriously and inspect each home as if it were my own. My clients can expect me to be professional, honest, and available for any questions or concerns.
