Final New Construction Inspections — Staring at $375
A final new construction inspection is performed when the home is substantially complete and before closing or possession.
We evaluate the completed home for visible defects, installation concerns, damaged components, incomplete work, and other conditions that may require correction.

Re-Inspection / Property Revisit — $125
A re-inspection can be performed after repairs to re-evaluate previously documented conditions.
The fee also applies to certain return visits to the property.
