Gregory Home Inspections is a Florida state licensed mold assessor and our mold assessment is a specialty service which typically costs $450 when bundled with a full home inspection or starts at $650 for a stand alone service. Termite inspections or Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) inspection can only be performed by a licensed pest control contractor here in the state of Florida. However, if we observe signs of WDO, we will document this in our full home inspection report.

  • The report details issues by severity. You can negotiate repairs, credits, or price reductions with the seller. Not every flaw needs fixing and focus on safety and major systems.

  • Yes! We are a Florida state licensed home inspector (HI10393) and Mold Assessor (MRSA 5499). Florida requires licensing since 2010 via DBPR.)   • We do offer re-inspections after repairs (fee $125) but do not perform the repairs themselves to avoid conflicts of interest.
