Yes! We inspect for mold. J. Gregory Home Inspections is a Florida state licensed mold assessor and our mold assessment is a specialty service which typically costs $450 when bundled with a full home inspection or starts at $650 for a stand alone service. Termite inspections or Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) inspection can only be performed by a licensed pest control contractor here in the state of Florida. However, if we observe signs of WDO, we will document this in our full home inspection report.

The report details issues by severity. You can negotiate repairs, credits, or price reductions with the seller. Not every flaw needs fixing and focus on safety and major systems.

Yes! We are a Florida state licensed home inspector (HI10393) and Mold Assessor (MRSA 5499). Florida requires licensing since 2010 via DBPR.) We do offer re-inspections after repairs (fee $125) but do not perform the repairs themselves to avoid conflicts of interest.
